4 Honor Academy Ireland is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts gym in Bantry, West Cork, founded in 2022. Training takes place in a converted former nightclub at the Bantry Bay Hotel, where the dancefloor is now a padded mat space with the original disco lights still overhead.

Founded by Bantry native Barry O'Donovan, who started BJJ in Massachusetts under black belt Hudson Lee, the academy has grown into one of the top three BJJ gyms in Cork in competitions.

The timetable includes adult BJJ (13 and over), kids' jiu-jitsu for under 12s and beginners' MMA, with flexible monthly memberships, 6 and 12 month contracts, single classes and a free trial class on request. The school's values are respect, self-discipline, focus, confidence, safety and leadership.
