What Studiomaps is

Studiomaps is operated by a Swedish limited company ("we", "us"). Studiomaps is a marketplace and guide that shows information about boutique studios in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. We do not own the studios and we do not run their operations.

Information comes from public sources

Information about a studio (opening hours, prices, classes, ratings, images, contact details) is gathered from publicly available sources and may be out of date or incorrect. We do not independently verify the information and cannot guarantee that it is correct. Ratings shown originate from third-party sources (e.g. Google) and are labelled with their source; we do not create our own ratings. Always check with the studio directly before planning a visit.

Bookings

When you click "Book" or "Try", one of two things happens:

1. Studios with online booking ("Bokningsbar") — you are taken to the studio's page on whichever booking platform the studio uses. The agreement covering the class, the price and any payment is entered into between you and the studio; the booking platform only provides the technical solution.
2. Other studios — you are taken to the studio's own website or channel.

In both cases, everything concerning the booking itself — price, terms, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds — is governed by the studio's own terms, not by these terms. Studiomaps is not a party to the agreement between you and the studio.

Interest form

If you submit an interest form we forward your details to the studio you chose so that they can contact you. See our privacy policy for how we handle your personal data.

Studio owners

Do you run a listed studio and want to change, correct or remove information or images? Email hello@studiomaps.app. We normally update or remove within a week.

Intellectual property

Do you own an image or other material that is shown and do not want it published? Email hello@studiomaps.app and we will remove it on request.

Limitation of liability

Studiomaps is provided "as is". We are not liable for errors or out-of-date information, or for services, classes or payments provided by studios or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Swedish law, including consumer protection legislation.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
