Abbey Pilates is a small, established mat-based classical Pilates studio in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois, run by Chris Prendergast, an advanced instructor qualified through the Pilates Institute of Ireland. Classes take place at the Abbeyleix Vitality Hub in Fr Breen Park and are kept small, with prior booking required.

Sessions run for 60 minutes and are offered at beginners/improvers, mixed and intermediate/advanced levels, with a focus on core strength, posture, balance and mobility. Equipment is provided and sanitised; clients just bring their own mat, a small towel and a water bottle. Classes run on weekday evenings and Friday mornings, bookable online via Bookwhen.
