ABC Gym Trin

ABC Gym is a coaching-first gym aimed at people in their 30s, 40s and 50s who aren't professional athletes but want to look after themselves properly. The approach is to train like an athlete, with the aim of helping members feel young again in their bodies, get fitter, leaner, stronger and more mobile, and reduce aches and pains, without spa fluff or meat-market vibes.

Training is built around small group personal training sessions and fitness classes, and new members start with a one-to-one induction that can include a body composition analysis. The gym runs several locations, including Trim, and members describe a supportive, friendly community with trainers who push them towards their goals.

A 14 Day Trial is offered for newcomers, and membership is flexible with no long-term commitment during the trial.
