Allas Studio

Allas is a boutique group fitness studio in Bray, Co. Wicklow, whose name comes from the Irish word for 'sweat'. The open studio runs Pilates, Yoga, Barre and strength-based classes such as Sculpt & Strength and Sculpt & Sweat, for beginners and seasoned exercisers alike, with sessions from early morning to evening and personal training options.

Classes are small and intimate, with mats and equipment provided. The studio has a filtered water tap, fresh towels, lockers, a small unisex changing area, a few private shower and bathroom cubicles, and hairdryers and straighteners. Bring Your Own Baby (BYOB) classes let parents work out with their baby beside them, and corporate wellbeing programmes are available.

You'll find it at Dargan Hall on Station Road, directly in front of Bray DART station, with parking nearby and bike racks. New customers can try any two classes for €25.
