Alliance Training Club

Alliance Training Club is Letterkenny's newest Metcon and HYROX facility, founded in 2025 and built around the idea that training is better together. The club runs coach-led Metcon classes that blend strength, conditioning and functional movement, race-specific HYROX sessions built around the 8 stations, one-to-one personal training, Prime Mechanics and open gym access.

Olympic lifting and gymnastics are also part of the offer. Members range from 20 to 70, from first-timers to seasoned athletes, in a welcoming, no-ego community where coaches genuinely care about progress. There is no joining fee and no long-term contract, with memberships from €95 per 4 weeks, a €15 drop-in and a free week to try it out.
