Anú Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Dundalk, Co. Louth, offering Reformer, Mat and Barre classes in a calm, plant-filled space with natural light and warm timber floors.

Classes are taught in small groups by certified instructors Katie, Kerri-Ann and Victoria, with options ranging from Beginner Classical Pilates and Lower Body & Core to Body Burn, Spicy Barre, Mobility and Stretch Flow and an Over 65s session. There are early-morning, evening and weekend times, plus private classes and a Foundations Reformer Block course for newcomers.

Drop-ins, class packs and fortnightly or monthly memberships are bookable online, and new clients can start with an intro pack of five classes within three weeks.
