Category: Pilates · Reformer Pilates
Price: 23–120 EUR

Ares Pilates is Tramore's first reformer Pilates studio, based in Riverstown Industrial Park with 14 reformers and classes for all levels. Expert-led sessions are built around a clear progression: Begin for newcomers learning the fundamentals, Flow for full-body strength and control through continuous movement, and Strength for heavier resistance and endurance.

The atmosphere is welcoming and ego-free, with a 'progress over perfection' ethos and fair pricing. Newcomers can start with a 6-week intro pass, and memberships of 4 or 8 classes a month or single drop-ins suit different schedules. Classes are booked online with a waitlist when sessions fill, and grip socks are required (available to buy in the studio).
