Arlene Ryan Pilates is a welcoming Pilates studio based at Dundrum Methodist Church in Dundrum, South Dublin, with easy access and ample free parking. Established in 2021 by Arlene Ryan, a lifelong dancer and dance school owner who brought the Pilates method into her teaching, it offers classes for all abilities.

The timetable includes Mat Pilates, TYE4 classes using a wearable resistance and assistance harness (exclusive to the studio in Ireland), and a Seated class combining standing and seated work for those who find getting onto a mat difficult.

Specialised Pink Ribbon sessions support breast cancer survivors, and one-to-one and semi-private sessions are available for injuries, assessments or personal goals. The studio is also Ireland's provider of PhysicalMind Institute teacher training, with Mat, Reformer and Comprehensive diplomas for those who want to become instructors.
