Ashbourne Kickboxing is a friendly, PKA-affiliated kickboxing club running weekly Tuesday classes at Ashbourne Leisure Centre for ages 5 to adult, at all fitness levels. Sessions are led by fully qualified black belt instructors and mix fitness, flexibility, self-confidence and realistic self-defence, with optional sparring and grading sets.

Nobody is ever forced to fight or singled out, and classes are varied so they never repeat. Newcomers get two free trial classes, there are no contracts, and the club also takes part in interclub events and gradings.
