Be Aligned Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Bracklin, just 10 minutes from Tullamore, founded by Belinda, a Pilates teacher with 17 years of experience in the fitness industry across Ireland and Australia. The timetable covers mixed-level, beginner and Level 2 Reformer classes, a cardio Jumpboard session, and a hybrid Barre & Reformer class, plus mat Pilates.

Classes are taught at a steady pace with options and variations so clients can work at their own level, with a focus on strength, posture, mobility and alignment. Pilates is adaptable for all bodies, including those recovering from injury, dealing with joint or back conditions, or pre/postnatal.

New clients can start with a four-class intro offer, and flexible class packs and monthly memberships are available.
