Bodyworks Gym

Bodyworks Gym is a long-established, men-only gym in Tottenham, North London, open since 1985 and run by owner Mark Forrest since 1988. Spread over 16,000 square feet, it bills itself as the largest gym in London and is aimed at bodybuilders, athletes and serious lifters while still welcoming beginners.

The floor is stocked with extensive free weights and cast-iron plates, resistance machines, a large cardio area, squat racks and a dedicated boxing training area. Members can train 24 hours a day, with personal trainers on hand for programmes and dietary advice.

Extras include an on-site kitchen with a chef, a supplement and sportswear shop, sunbeds, lockers and refurbished showers and changing rooms. Flexible memberships run from pay-per-visit to 12 months, and the gym is a short walk from Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations.
