Box Hiit Amateur Boxing Club

Box HIIT Gym is a fully equipped 2,500 sq ft boxing and fitness facility based in Bexhill On Sea. The gym features 25 commercial-grade hanging punch bags, speed balls, a floor-to-ceiling bag, a spar bar, and a 16ft boxing ring, plus a rowing machine, ski erg, squat rack and free weights.

Classes are offered for adults and children of all abilities, including women-only boxing, mixed adult boxing, junior boxing, HIIT, circuits, HYROX training and the BEAT BX dance-boxing format. Box HIIT is also home to an England Boxing-affiliated amateur boxing club for those looking to compete.
