Síolta is an Irish wellbeing community founded in 2023, rooted in Irish culture, landscape and the wisdom of the living world. It creates spaces for healing, inquiry, embodiment and collective renewal through workshops, retreats, immersions, mentorship and online conversations.

Its offer also includes a library of recorded conversations, practices and teachings, plus events such as the upcoming online conversation 'Who Are We Now', exploring Irish identity, memory and becoming. The approach treats personal wellbeing and collective culture as inseparable, helping people reconnect with themselves, one another and the land.
