Buan is a performance-driven strength and conditioning studio in Dublin, with training bases in Clondalkin and Templeogue. Founded by coaches Conor Clifford and Andy Foley, it works with everyone from complete beginners and over-65s to pre/postnatal clients, GAA players, boxers, runners, Hyrox athletes and powerlifters.

Coaching is semi-private, structured and tailored through the Buan app, with flexible hourly slots Monday to Saturday rather than fixed class times. The name is Irish for 'enduring', and the culture centres on resilience, community and calling every member a 'Champion'. Buan also offers online programming and team performance testing and training.
