Unit 4b Performance Hub is a CrossFit box in Boyne Business Park, Drogheda, trading as CrossFit Louth and part of the unit4b family. It runs more than 30 coach-led classes a week plus 30+ open gym hours, with sessions covering Olympic lifting, cardio, calisthenics and gymnastics. The coaches scale workouts for all levels, so you don't need to be an athlete to join.

Beyond the main CrossFit programme there are HYROX and Longevity classes, personal training with one of three coaches, access to competition training on the top tiers, and youth classes for ages 8-12 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Membership comes in Platinum, Gold and Silver tiers, with student discounts and a drop-in rate for visitors.
