The Coreworks

The Core Works is a small Pilates studio on Shop Street in the heart of Westport town, led by instructor Hilary Kiely, who trained through an advanced Pilates diploma at NTC Dublin and has continued studying reformer barre, pelvic floor health and ante- and postnatal work.

Small class sizes make it a welcoming place to begin or continue a Pilates journey, with mat and reformer classes for all ages and levels, including ante-natal, post-pregnancy, recovery, marathon training, back care and Buff Bones®. One-to-one sessions and assessments are also available, and there is a monthly online membership for those who prefer to train from home.

Hilary's approach is to teach the body in front of her, with no judgement and no expectations, connecting mind and muscles to help people deal with injury and move mindfully.
