CrossFit Solas Shankill

CrossFit Solas is a community-driven, results-focused CrossFit gym based in a 4,000 square foot facility with individual training bays, each with dedicated strength and conditioning equipment.

Programmes include CrossFit, Solas Training, Run/Lift hybrid training for endurance athletes, Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills, plus Teens, Kids, Masters and Silvers 60+ classes, with over 40 bookable classes a week for ages 6 to 60+. New members follow a 2-4 week On Ramp approach to learn the fundamental movements, after a free, no-commitment intro session.

Coaches bring 75+ years of combined experience across rugby, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, physical therapy and nutrition. Facilities include free on-site parking, showers and changing rooms, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, a member lounge and a mobility zone.
