CrossFit Ennis is a CrossFit box in County Clare, founded in 2011 by two former members of the Irish Defence Forces. Classes are built around constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements and are scalable to any age, experience or fitness level, in an encouraging and community-driven atmosphere.

The gym is an official HYROX affiliate and runs in-house HYROX simulation events alongside CrossFit Open participation. New members can start with a free no-sweat intro, and bookings are handled through the gym's own app.
