CrossFit Gorey is a community-focused CrossFit gym in Gorey offering CrossFit classes for adults, a teens CrossFit program, small group training, personal training and nutrition coaching. Workouts are varied and expertly coached, suitable for complete beginners through to experienced athletes.

The gym runs a busy timetable that also includes weightlifting, Hyrox, open gym sessions and skills workshops such as double unders, toes to bar and bar muscle-ups. Members describe a welcoming, challenging environment with knowledgeable coaches, and the box regularly hosts social events, charity workouts and in-house competitions.

Drop-ins are available and new members can get started via an online enquiry form.
