CrossFit Kinsale is a purpose-built strength and conditioning facility at Ballymacaw, just outside Kinsale in Co Cork, dedicated to training members in CrossFit-based movements. The aim is to make you stronger, fitter and faster, and the team also educates members on nutrition and how to fuel their training.

Classes are capped at 8 people and always supervised by a qualified trainer, with workouts scaled to every fitness level, from complete beginners to active sportspeople. New members start with a fundamentals course before joining the main group. The gym is open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 10pm, with early-morning classes popular with people on tight schedules.
