CrossFit North Devon is Barnstaple's premier coach-led functional strength and fitness facility, established in 2012. Offering group fitness classes, personal training, and HYROX training with 24-hour access, the gym provides constantly varied Workouts of the Day (WODs) incorporating bodyweight movements, weightlifting, kettlebells, rowing, and more.
Classes are instructor-led and community-driven, with a strong focus on integrity, expert coaching, and building a supportive fitness community. Nutrition guidance is also available to complement training programmes.
