Curves Gorey

Curves Gorey is a women-only fitness club at 21 Esmonde St, Gorey, built around the Curves 30-minute full body workout. The circuit combines strength training on hydraulic equipment that adapts to each fitness level with cardio activity and stretching, helping members build lean muscle, raise their metabolism, burn fat and tone up.
