East Cork Taekwon-Do is an ITF Taekwon-Do club serving Carrigtwohill, Midleton and Glanmire, with classes for boys and girls in Junior & Senior Infants, ages 7-12, and teens and adults. Led by Mr. Richard Forde, a 5th Degree Black Belt, European and World Champion and coach of the Irish National Team, the club was ranked 1st Overall Club in Ireland in 2021 and 2022.

Classes are open to all skill levels and focus on building confidence, respect and resilience as well as technique, in a supportive environment. New students can come along to try a free class.
