Eilish Farrell Physio Pilates is a physiotherapist-led Pilates practice based in Butlerstown, Bandon, Co Cork, with classes in Ballincollig and Butlerstown as well as online. Founded by chartered physiotherapist Eilish Farrell, who has specialist training in women's health physiotherapy, the classes focus on core stability, posture and quality of movement rather than quantity.

Sessions suit all ages and fitness levels, with exercises tailored to individual needs and injuries. Offerings include general Physio Pilates, ante-natal and post-natal Pilates, Pilates for runners and sport, Pilates for work and posture, and Pilates for osteoporosis. Clients can also book one-to-one Zoom sessions or buy pre-recorded class bundles to practise at home.
