Energy Plus School of Dance is a Mullingar dance school established in 1989 and led by Anne-Marie Bentick FABD, a Fellowship Member and Examiner with the Associated Board of Dance. Classes are offered in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Acro, with new students welcomed from age 3.

Students work through technical grades and take part in annual shows, musical productions, examinations, competitions and displays, all under the school's motto "Work hard, have fun." With over 30 years of teaching in the town, the school has a close-knit, family feel, and many former students return with their own children.

The school reports 100% on its ABD Centre Report Form.
