Fit Forever Gym & Fitness Centre is a friendly, beginner-welcoming gym in Cavan, based in the Kilmore Business Park on the Dublin Road. The fully equipped gym floor offers a wide range of machines and equipment, with free workout programmes at reception and staff happy to show newcomers how to use everything.

Group classes cover high-energy cardio, strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates, plus ladies-only evening classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm, mixed kickboxing, and freestyle wrestling for kids aged 6 and up. Certified personal trainers provide training, meal plans and technique coaching, and 6-week challenge programmes help members stay accountable.

Members get changing rooms, showers, lockers and free parking. The gym is open seven days a week, and a shop sells supplements, snacks and branded merchandise.
