Fitness with Debs is a small, friendly fitness business run by Debbie, a personal trainer, Pilates instructor and former Army Physical Training Instructor, offering classes in Innishannon Parish Hall and Saile in Kinsale, Co. Cork, as well as live online sessions.

The timetable covers Pilates for beginners and intermediates with a focus on posture, core strength and mobility, resistance and weights classes for women, an 'Exercise Right for Your Decade' class aimed at women in their 40s to 60s and menopause, and a gentle class for the active retired.

A new Fusion class blends cardio, balance, boxing and flexibility, and in summer Pilates moves to the beach in Kinsale. Classes suit all ages and fitness levels, booking is essential as places are limited, and recordings are available for the online Pilates Power class.
