Flavin Spinal & Sports Injury Clinic

Flavin Spinal and Sports Injury Clinic is a physiotherapy and sports injury clinic in the seaside town of Youghal, East Cork, with an onsite Wellness Hub for classes.

Alongside treatments such as deep tissue work, dry needling and post-operative rehabilitation, the clinic runs Reformer Pilates (beginner, mixed level and private one-on-one sessions), mat Pilates, strength and conditioning, mobility and yoga classes in a dedicated Reformer Studio and floor exercise studio.

Classes are taught by clinic therapists, including APPI-trained Pilates instructors, and are suitable for all levels, from newcomers to those wanting a new challenge or support returning from injury. Online booking is available for both appointments and classes, and treatment costs can usually be offset by health insurance.
