Flexelle is a reformer Pilates studio in Clonmel, County Tipperary, with a second studio in Thurles. It welcomes clients of all ages and fitness levels and trains them on Balanced Body reformers. Sessions run one-to-one or in small groups of 8 to 10 at most, so instructors can work closely on how each person moves.

The class ladder starts with an Introductory class for first-timers (four are needed before moving up), then Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Advanced. Classes suit personal fitness goals, injury recovery and athletes maintaining fitness. They aim to build flexibility, mobility, posture, balance, co-ordination and mental wellbeing.

Mat Pilates is also available, and the studio has been named Munster Pilates Studio of the Year for 2024 and 2025.
