Martial Arts Mullingar

Mullingar Martial Arts is a traditional Genbukan Ninpo dojo in Mullingar teaching children manners, discipline and respect, and adults awareness, confidence and self defence. Classes follow the same traditional Japanese structure as the head dojo (Honbu) in Japan, taught by instructors trained in Japan.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with fun and games for kids, and no particular size, strength or fitness is needed to start. Training covers old-school martial arts including sword study, with an emphasis on escaping danger and being clever rather than fighting.
