Girls Hub is a Dublin dance studio and women's community based at the Liffey Trust Centre on Sheriff Street Upper, founded by Ira, a Ukrainian dancer who moved to Ireland in 2022. It offers heels, twerk and commercial dance in small groups, with levels from complete beginner ("from zero") to intermediate/advanced, plus a Creatives Group for more experienced dancers.

Formats include beginner courses of 1-6 weeks that end with a professionally filmed routine, weekend intensives, themed workshops and drop-in open classes. Beyond class, members join karaoke nights, outdoor stretching, coffee meetups, girls' trips and hen party events. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, size or experience, and you can dance in socks or without heels.

A €15 trial class lets newcomers sample different styles and teachers. The atmosphere is warm, supportive and judgement-free, and students describe it as a safe space to build confidence. Online heels and choreography courses are also available.
