Guerilla Fitness is a friendly, community-driven gym in Lisavaird, just off the N71 beside the Lisavaird Co-op, between Clonakilty and Rosscarbery in West Cork. New members start with a free intro and a bespoke plan from the Head Coach, then build confidence through the Fundamentals programme before moving into one-to-one Personal Training or small-group Semi-Private Training.

Led by owners Brendan and Hilary Walsh and a team of experienced coaches, including a women's health specialist, the gym offers varied strength and conditioning workouts that suit complete beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
