Hard Target Self Defence Roseville Business Park, Donabate

Hard Target Self Defence Academy is Ireland's longest established reality-based self-defence school, now based in Blakes Cross Industrial Estate in north County Dublin, close to Donabate, Lusk and Swords.

Led by instructor Aidan Carroll, the Hard Target System blends Krav Maga, kickboxing, grappling and ground-fighting into simple, pressure-tested techniques taught for real-world safety rather than sport or competition.

The timetable includes general self-defence for intermediate to advanced students, Box-IT fitness classes, kids and teens self-defence, private one-to-one lessons, an online non-physical 'Know Fear' course, wheelchair self-defence and weekend seminars. The academy also runs close protection (bodyguard) training, corporate and employee safety workshops, and sells gift vouchers.
