Haven Studios is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio founded in 2019 by Audrey Clarke, offering a tranquil, welcoming setting for real, measurable results. Small group classes are led by clinically trained, advanced Pilates instructors and suit all ages, from 18 to 80.

Clients can book 4-week term blocks, single classes or a 5-class Flex Pass online, and the studio also offers gift vouchers, retreats, online classes via Haven@Home and an on-site coffee shop.
