Tralee Sports & Leisure Centre, known locally as 'The Complex', is a long-established public sports and leisure facility in Tralee, built in 1976 and regularly updated. It offers a 25m five-lane main pool and a separate learner pool, a thermal suite with sauna and steam room, and a spacious gym with free weights, resistance and cardio areas.

There are also astro-turf pitches (5-a-side and 7-a-side). Swimming lessons for adults, pre-schoolers and children (Super 7's Swim Academy), kids' summer camps, birthday parties and personal training are available. Flexible memberships (full, gym-only and pool-only, with concession rates) and pay-as-you-go options can be bought online.
