Hustle Galway

Hustle Gym in Galway is part of the Hustle Fitness group, which also runs gyms in Ennis and Shannon, and prides itself on being one of the best-equipped gyms in the country. The Galway club at the Merlin Commercial Centre in Doughiska welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers.

Alongside open gym access it offers group classes, personal training and corporate memberships. One example is the Hustle Lunch Crunch, a 40-minute HIIT and core class open to all levels that builds strength, cardio endurance and a strong core, held at lunchtime on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The gym is open from early morning until 10pm on weekdays and has longer weekend hours, with a class timetable bookable online.
