Hyrox Limerick is the HYROX-inspired class offered by TBB, a Limerick gym with locations in Raheen and Coonagh. The sessions are erg-based and aerobic, combining running and cardio equipment with bodyweight movements in a high-energy group setting.

The page says you don't need to be fit to start, and a Beginners Hyrox class runs weekly at both the TBB Plus Coonagh and Raheen timetables. HYROX classes run through the week, from early mornings and evenings to Saturday mornings. They sit alongside Lift, Metcon+, Strength & Conditioning, Run Club, Pilates and Yoga Mobility.

The TBB PLUS membership includes unlimited classes across three locations, and day passes and drop-ins are available.
