Inishowen Yoga & Pilates is a welcoming studio on Mart Road in Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, founded by Odel in 2017 and built around holding space for people of all abilities. The hybrid offering combines in-studio yoga and reformer pilates, some outdoor yoga classes in good weather, and live Zoom classes with recordings.

Visiting teachers add mat pilates, sound baths and evening yoga, and breathwork courses are in the pipeline. Students can drop in via online booking, take a 30-day online pass, or join a monthly membership that includes pre-recorded classes, podcasts and a newsletter.
