Inspiration Taekwondo is an Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA) school led by Mr Rodney Connolly, running classes for kids, juniors and seniors at community venues across Co Westmeath, including Clonmellon Community Centre and Collinstown Hall.

Training follows the ITF Taekwon-Do tradition of General Choi Hong Hi, with colour belt gradings, patterns, student oath and tenets, and a strong focus on fitness, life skills and making new friends. Instructors keep up international certifications and Sport Ireland safeguarding and vetting, and the club welcomes both new and returning students.
