Intensity MMA

Intensity Martial Arts & Fitness is a state-of-the-art MMA facility established in 2021, based in Willenhall, West Midlands. With a 150 square metre matted area, changing rooms, showers and a communal reception, the gym caters for all levels — from complete beginners and recreational gym-goers to competitive and professional athletes.

Classes span the full spectrum of MMA including Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing and Thai Boxing. Programmes are available for all ages: Little Sprawlers (3–5), Juniors (5–11), Youth (11–15) and Adults (16+).

The coaching team includes Head MMA Coach Dan Cassell, BJJ Black Belt Mikey Feelan, Junior Head Coach Callum Deakin, and a dedicated Strength & Conditioning coach.
