KAOS Gym

KAOS (Kildare Academy of Strength) is a strength training gym in Celbridge's M4 Business Park, built to make quality strength training available to everybody, from absolute beginners to seasoned strength athletes. The open gym features 6 powerlifting combo racks, 4 heavy duty squat cages, over 30 barbells and speciality bars, dumbbells from 2.

5–60kg, calibrated, cast iron and bumper plates, plus a full range of machines and cardio equipment. Memberships run from a day pass to a full year with no sign-up fees or cancellation periods. Small group training runs in 8-week blocks with no more than 9 people per session and an experienced coach, with 37 session times a week to choose from.

A dedicated powerlifting area, billed as the most comprehensive in Ireland, is backed by coaches with a combined 25 years of competition coaching experience.
