Meath Martial Arts is a karate club founded in 2012 by Adrian Collender and based at BT Fitness in Beechmount Home Park, Navan. Led by two black belt coaches who are also qualified fitness professionals and Garda vetted, the club welcomes children from age 3 and adults of all ages.

Training covers grading, fitness, self-defence and competition, with a small amount of Brazilian jiu-jitsu on the side. Classes include beginner, technical (by belt level), fight/kumite and a strength and conditioning session for over 14s, running five days a week.

The club has produced several Irish and a few European champions and regularly enters competitions such as the IWKA League, while keeping a philosophy that every student is equally important. Free trials and a 6-week beginners course for adults and teens are offered.
