Kinsale Pilates Studio is a light-filled boutique studio in the heart of Kinsale, Co. Cork, offering reformer pilates, mat pilates, barre and yoga. Founded by owner and principal instructor Rebecca Daunt, who has over 15 years of experience and a background in ballet, the studio focuses on mindful movement, precision and personalised instruction.

Classes range from beginner-friendly reformer essentials to advanced dynamic reformer sessions, reformer and mat fusion, BootyBarre and prenatal Pilates, with private sessions also available. A team of certified instructors teaches group classes for every level, whether you're brand new, dealing with back issues, pregnant or looking for more of a challenge.

Booking is handled online through a live timetable, with memberships and packages available.
