Reiltin Treacy Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic (KPhysio) is a chartered physiotherapy clinic and Pilates studio at Hillfarm, Narraghmore, near Athy, Co. Kildare. Established in 1998 by Réiltín Treacy, a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists with over 32 years of private practice experience, it treats adults, children and adolescents.

Alongside physiotherapy, sports injury care, dry needling, shockwave therapy, deep tissue massage and postpartum women's health physiotherapy, weekly Pilates classes run in a separate on-site studio. The setting is calm and welcoming, with free on-site parking, a spacious treatment room and a waiting room.

Classes are small and personal, and the clinic serves clients from Newbridge, Athy and Kilcullen.
