Kuk Sool Won Cork is a family-run Korean martial arts school based in Kinsale, County Cork, led by 6th Degree Master Matthew Boniwell and his wife Fiona. Classes run in Kinsale and Ballinspittle for children from age 5, teens and adults of any age or ability.

Kuk Sool Won is a comprehensive system drawing on Korean Royal Court, Buddhist and Tribal martial arts, covering hand and leg strikes, joint locks, traditional forms and weapons, break-falls, acrobatics, stretching, meditation and breathing. Training builds fitness, flexibility, mental strength and confidence in a supportive, intergenerational community.

The first class is free, and the school is also hosting the first WKSA Irish Tournament in Kinsale in September 2027.
