Linda Casey Yoga is a West Cork teaching practice led by Linda, a senior yoga teacher, Pilates teacher and Reiki practitioner with over 900 hours of teacher training, also known as Taruni Jyot. Her trauma-informed, functional approach is light-hearted while honouring the ancient traditions of yoga.

Weekly classes run in Skibbereen, Bantry and Caheragh, including dynamic and sunrise Vinyasa, Pilates and Yin Yoga, with plenty of variations so all levels are welcome. Linda also hosts special events such as Yin By Candlelight, a Pre Natal Yoga Sanctuary, workshops, day retreats and weekend retreats. Breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra feature throughout the practice.

Classes can be booked online or paid for in class.
