Lions Gym is Coventry's premier MMA academy, located at 32-42 East Street. The gym offers adult classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Wrestling, and K-1 Kickboxing, as well as dedicated kids' programmes for ages 4–6 (Lions Cubs) and 7–14.
Coached by UFC veterans Andre Winner and professional fighters including head MMA coach James Dixon, Lions Gym provides instruction from elite-level fighters and BJJ Black Belts. Classes run 6 days a week across all levels, with access to a dedicated strength and conditioning area and open mat sessions included in memberships.
