The studio offers in-person 1:1 reformer Pilates and small group sessions, alongside online classes, video tutorials, personal movement assessments and tailored Pilates plans. Programmes suit complete beginners through to advanced levels, including chair-based Pilates for older adults and people with limited mobility.

Members can also join the M3Pilates Studio App for on-demand access to a library of class content, and sign up to receive invitations to live online Zoom classes.
