Maynooth University's Phoenix Sports Centre on the north campus offers a fully equipped 180 sq.m. fitness centre on the first floor, with cardio stations (treadmills, rowers, watt-bikes, cross trainers), resistance machines and free weights.

The centre also has a large sports hall, a small sports hall and a PE teaching hall that host martial arts, dance and aerobic fitness sessions alongside the university's sports clubs. Outdoors there is a calisthenics gym with a 60m sprint track and a 1-on-1 basketball court, plus floodlit playing fields, a 3G synthetic pitch and tennis courts.

It is open Monday to Friday 8am-10pm and weekends 9am-4:30pm, with sports hall bookings made via SportsKey.
